Kiora, the Crashing Wave

I believe Kiora is one planeswalker that could be big in the Khans block.  Two khan clans have blue and green (sultai and temur).  She not only protects herself and you from a permanent,  she also has draw and land advantage.   And if that isn''t enough,  she can give you a free 9/9 every turn.  Overall she is way undervalued and will be a force in the new block.

This card is awesome, i started playing right when Born of the Gods came out and she was the first Planeswalker I ever pulled (she was foiled too). She remains to be my favorite and I believe she is very under rated for her stats. Sure she only has 2 loyalty but that +1 kinda solves that problem, -1 a land when you need it and some card advantage and that -5, good god! No matter how you put it a 9/9 EVERY TURN is a PROBLEM for your enemies! Use to run her in a Simic deck when that was still standard and the deck got me first every time.

Good but not great by any means as 4cmc, but great abilities in those colors and the +1 makes the -5 feasible; unlike most other planeswalkers I use this in a U/G Turbo Fog variant
