This is a must in any Tech Genus deck. A level 1 tuner that lets you synchro summon using monsters in your hand is a tuner worth running. I only give it four stars for the fact that the monsters that you can use and synchro summon are limited to Tech Genus monsters. Anyways, its still one of the best tuners out there.
