I haven't play-tested it yet so I'll give it a 3, but sounds like a very good bargain.It can be combined with Quilled Sliver(if you play them with all those other excellent choices around for a Sliver deck,that is), Hunter Sliver and Psionic Sl. of course-if the game doesn't end when the latter comes in:-)
