A beautiful image, the only thing more intimidating than a sea-dragon is a giant metal sea-dragon engulfed in flames trying to eat you (throw your annoying Pikachu at it as a distraction).
The extra 20 damage its PokePower deals to Delta Species pokes is nifty, I think there's an Ampharos you can combo with that turns all pokemon in play to Delta Species. And it helps because Extra Flame's 30 dmg sucks for a stage 2 pokemon (does 60 to EX pokemon though).
Heat Blast is good I guess; 80 damage, 2 of the energies can be any type, and if you use special Metal energies Kingdra takes between 10 to 30 less damage every attack (because it's part Metal type) making it's 110HP last longer. Also can't argue with being able to seriously damage anything weak against Fire or Metal.
I don't think I'd use it, but it looks awesome in my collection!
As a side note, I bought the "played reverse" condition card, and the only thing I could see wrong with it is a few little water spots. After easily wiping them off, the card is now in near mint condition, sweet!
