The card design itself is cool, as is the art. It's useful if you have other Arceus as well (so that you can have an arsenal of tough basic Pokemon) or if your opponent is known to use Pokemon LV. X. Its attack Metal Barrier can be used to prevent all effects of attacks made by these Pokemon. That's its only attack though, so it got points off. If you like Arceus, try searching for another one in this series that's more powerful. If you do end up liking this one though, there's no harm in getting it.
