Well first off all the clone commanders in this set are pretty good (maybe no so much Gree) and they don't cost many build points. However I pesonally think that Cody is the best with Order 66, Acurate Shot, Rapport, Sniper (other characters do not provide cover against this character's attack), Wall Climber (ignores difficult terrain, enemy characters, low objects, and pits when moving as log as the square he's moving into and one he's in arebordered by a wall), and the comander effect that gives all other characters in your squad with Order 66 the wall climber and accurate shot abilities... if you're really feeling adventurous combine Cody and Bacara in the same squad and you've got yourself a squad that has some AWSOME commander effects.
