The Count is powerful, but you have to remember that he's a duelist, not a beatstick. His high attack and defense factors are meant to repel attacks from other Force users, giving him an opportunity to counter-attack. Lightsaber Duelist and Lightsaber Block are defensive techniques meant for enemy Jedi. That said, it is not ideal to have him fight troopers, only Jedi. You have to be careful when using Dooku; commanding him requires patience and timing.

This guy has the highest lightsaber defense in the game (21 + 4 for lightsaber duelist). However, his Block ability can't be used against ranged attacks. In addition, he only has two attacks. As shooters become more powerful, Dooku becomes a little more obsolete. Still, he has his uses. Low and medium level jedi will have a really hard time hitting him. Also, I think his stats and abilities are very faithful to the character and his "Form II" style of lightsaber combat from the movie. He is defensive, a colorful character, and a snappy dresser.
