This is certainly an ugly harpy. I don't like it as much as the other two (Dragoneye #53 and Dangerous Delves #24) but it is fine. It certainly conveys the harpy's voice ability. The paint job and design are pretty good. It is medium-sized but bigger than your typical humanoid. I like the claws. But overall the mini is not that appealing and not as dramatic a sculpt as the other two harpies.
