This things is a monster and will make a very powerful companion for the right druid or ranger. The mini is fairly detailed and fairly well-painted. But the pose is awesome - very enraged. This ape is not a very big large but it towers over medium figures and you can just imagine it grabbing humans and tossing them into the trees. I think I like this even more than the war ape (War of the Dragon Queen #22).
