This droid is way over-cost at 17. He has 20 hit points and damage, but he only has 13 defense, and 3 attack. Non-Unique droid allies within 6 squares of this droid get plus 10 damage, but still, 17 cost just for that? This droid should be about 12 cost, in my opinion.
