I don't play the game. I purchase minatures exclusively for use with Dungeons and Dragons and because I think they are cool and I enjoy owning them. I got this Ghoul when I purchased a Harbinger set. Above, what you see is what you get. I find him rather stupid looking, not really looking like a ghoul at all. His paint job his terrible, and there is no detail, not like what we saw with later sets. Still, he is useful to have when you want a diverse looking pack of zombies or ghouls, and for that I am excited to have him, even if the sculpting and paintjob looks like it could have been created from a 12 year old.
