Small Surprise
So in getting this mini, I was surprised to see it was labeled GENCON vice Promo. It is also a copy of a Rebel Storm mini (#20). The label on the bottom numbers it as Gen Con 8/04, which I take to mean GENCON 2004, but I am not sure. No mini game play value, but good for completing your set.
