This mini is a beast hands down. It is on of the most strategical pieces for the empire let alone the entire game. His ability to lock a force user down is key for a trooper team and his ability to swap a mini out with another in 6 squares is nasty. Team him up with Mas Amedda and you will have a nasty nasty team. IMHO if you play empire get him he is worth it.
