Many people would look at this character's Commander Effect and say, "What? Are you serious? He gives -2 Attack and Speed 4 to his allies? That's horrible!" However, there is a major loophole here: his CE doesn't effect droids. So run him without using living characters and you'll be fine. Although Separatist Reserves isn't likely to take effect, characters who can manipulate initiative can come in handy here. However, Gunray tends to be very conditional, so be careful if you intend on using him.
