The Warbound Impaler is the most powerful figure in the War Drums set. It has two attacks at +14 (although the ten damage is meager). The ability to paralyze with a DC 17 can cripple an opponents warband and allow your other models to hit automatically for double damage. It also has a lot of hit points and decent AC. It's only weakness is that it only hits for 10 damage and cost a lot.
