Opponents are going to take a lot of damage from Magik - 5 damage and a 12 attack with Energy Explosion will tear up groups, while she can free Barrier for extra damage to cause more penetrating damage on figures she didn't target. This is an amazing way to get past high defenses, or damage evasion.

Opposing figures will also take a lot of damage hammering through that dial, with a combined 6 clicks of Invulnerability or Invincibility. Just as she starts getting to her soft defenses, she picks up the uber-power of pulse Wave - the yellow attack that makes all figures equal. Poison keeps her dishing it out if they come in too close, and if they opt to stay away, well, they face a 5 damage RCE attack.

Her combat values may not be as strong as her Phoenix Force compatriots, but her top dial is just phenomenal. So much so, that you probably wouldn't want to play the 150 pointer, who will get less milage from the Mystics Feedback.
