Magneto #037b Wolverine and the X-Men Marvel Heroclix

For those of you that need a capital M for mutant MASTER of MAGNETISM, then Prime Mags is for you. At 90 points he presents an economical team taxi/TK cannon with some sharp teeth as a ranged attacker, and for 120 more points, you get your penetrating 5 damage to divide among two targets and a defense that can't be countered. At 300 point builds, I probably would err towards the 90 point Prime, as 210 point Mags demands to be the leader of a large force and his defending and Toughness granting power is only as good as having teammates. 8 squares of barrier is amazing, but without much of a back up crew he won't be attacking.
The 90 pointer's got great flavor, but 210 point Magneto is probably a better investment for 400+ point games, where he can be surrounded by a sea of mutants. In 300, if he can't get a first strike in, he's going to struggle in some games, especially with opposing Stealth.
