Starting out as a very mobile ranged attacker, she can run and gun with penetrating damage, but also holds her own up close with strong combat values and Outwit as a double threat for defenses. She's also got a really thick skin, Impervious backed with Shape Change is going to give her two D6 rolls to avoid taking damage most of the time.

That thick skin fades quickly, leaving this bird of prey a more close combat oriented attacker with Charge and Poison. Probability Control is always welcome on figures of any cost, but her defense wanes a bit, picking up the squishy Super Senses, and finally ES/D. Surprisingly, for someone named the Phoenix, she doesn't have a stop click or any regeneration - once she's KO'd, she's not coming back. Once she moves past those first 3 clicks, she's going to struggle holding her own, so avoid pushing off those superior top dial defenses, Give her some teammates to tie up the opposition while she runs and guns, and she'll do okay.
