Silver Samurai #044 Wolverine and the X-Men Marvel Heroclix

Samurai presents some unique options in WXM, starting with the Hydra TA which will give ranged allies a bump. Strong combat values and a sword that you won't be afraid to make the B/C/F roll are welcome, though the Alpha Strike power is really the pinnacle of this figure. Many will be tempted to use it for that opening Alpha Strike, but consider if it gets saved for late dial where he pairs B/C/F with Exploit, and you're talking some serious damage potential.

He's a reasonable investment for 100 points, especially if you don't play with any Outwit and need to deal some guaranteed damage, but his defenses aren't so great that he'll survive every game. Still, he has enough of a mix of strong combat values and support that he should do well on a rounded team where he has a taxi and some ranged support.
