Cost way to much. Yes it will cause discard. No good blue discard anyway. Will you still be alive by the time you have 7 mana? Probably not. 7 mana when you can wrath or judgment for 4 is just no good. Kills armies of tokens. If they have enough tokens to make you feel threatened, they should have already killed you.

This great to use when opponent has lots of creatures. When all cards are returned to there hand they will have to discard cards only good if they have allot of stuff out. Useless though if they have no maximum hand size. Great for using towards yourself if Nicol Bolas ability is played which puts 7 cards in graveyard seven life and seven cards out of your hand.
