Imagine the fun when you're cycling a Jester's Cap repeatedly with this card. ;-) Goes great with Browse; get your library down to just a couple cards, then use this to cycle through them. Two Jester's caps means you are removing three of your opponent's key cards every turn. (In other words, it takes very little time to run him out of cards, and the ones left in his library are hand-picked by you to be as inoffensive as possible!)

Allows you to retrieve your spells for 2. If the Hammer of Bogardan is brutal for allowing you to use it again, Soldevi digger lets you do this with all of your spells. This card also gives you an infinite deck, and is the primary reason why people started to adopt Dissipate.
