Without a doubt one of the most unsung cards of the Ice Age block (including Coldsnap), this card has crazy potential with nothing but a bunch of Ley Druids, Snow-Lands, and Fireballs. Some say that the stall this card can produce with your lands is not worth the risk, but I would ask you, how much risk is a personal Mana-Flare worth? Considering the price (less than a buck) and the amount of effort required to work with it (Not nearly as much as one might think) I think it is worth the risk. Not a five-star card, no, but well deserving of three.
