My best play thus far with this in my Coin Deck has been 8. Draw 16 cards combined with Mana Crypt, Krark's Thumb and Simian Spirit Guide(Excel) = Win. This card is risky in any deck w/o Krark's Thumb, so you pobably would want to go a safer route for a 3CMC spell like Thirst for Knowledge, Frantic Search, or even a simple Divination.

Squee's Revenge is a really nice card. Some might say that it sucks because you have 50% chance of failure, but if you're lucky, you're drawing an awful lot of cards for very little mana.
