He totally owns in my Suicide deck revolving around Snuff Out, Diabolic Edict, and Contamination. Also, as jens mentioned above, if you put the Jitte on him...holy crap. Attack, Deal Damage, put on the counters. Murder their creature's with the -1/-1's then recast Dark Ritual postcombat main from graveyard and all sorts of other mean things

Toshiro is awesome with his Jitte equipped. Also, it just feels better xP
