one of the BEST arcane spells for spirits. no, i take that back. it IS the best (for spirits mind you). the other dude was right: its great for Zuberas, but it works great with any spirit (most of them you get strong effects of their own, but the zubera's is the best). I have done 16 damage with this thing, and the zubera army gives you a whole ****load of other affects, plus all your soulshift guys get to trigger. Yep, this card defines spirit warfare. any spirit deck without this in it is crap.

Best when used with Zubera decks, i mean what else can you do with so many 1/1 tokens, and just 9 is enough to deal 20 damage and gain 20 life
