Though it doesn't appear to be a good card upon first review, this is actually one of the better cards to come out of the Alliances expansion. If used properly, it allows you to get the cards you need for your combos very quickly. This card is one of the key components of my Type I deck and has yet to burn me. Hasn't everyone at some point been in the position of looking for that "one" card that would turn the game around? Just Browse enough to get (for example) a Swords to Plowshares, Soldevi Digger, Counterspell, and Jester's Cap and you've nearly got a lock. (And that little combo really ticks off your opponent, since he can't run you out of cards, and is continually losing his!)
