Amazing card
This card is cruel in EDH.
Not only does it render their commander nearly useless, it can hold it hostage if your opponent doesn't have access to enchantment removal, sacrifice, or -1/-1.
On the negative side, you're giving them a creature that can chump block forever,
but that problem is easily solved with trample or flying.
Also, it's not the best card to use against a creature with +1/+1 counters.
