Thunderstaff is AWESOME! It makes you take less damage from creatures attacking you, AND it is able to amplify the damage that your creatures do to your opponent!
At the ridiculous manacost of 3, I really don't understand why this hasn't gotten any other reviews.
If you're running a casual creature deck, you should REALLY consider getting at least one of these - especially if you're running Fungus or a simple Saproling deck, since they tend to be vulnerable to damage early on.
