Really, really good enchantment. It's arguably better than Pacifism, but Journy to Nowhere lets you combo with "enters the battlefield" abilities on your own creatures, where Pacifism simply locks down a creature.
Personally, I prefer the old Pacifism (with Akroma art :b), but it all depends on your needs; you should never cast Journey to Nowhere targeting a creature your opponent controls with an "enters the battlefield" ability unless you absolutely really have to, but effects that exile a creature and brings it back onto the battlefield again can destroy Pacifism.
