Sorry but equipt is an activated ability, not a spell so you can't rack up the storm counter. Still Lightning Greaves is a fantastic card. My favorite is using it on Eldrazi with Annhihilator to get opponents to start sacrificing a turn early and protects them from kill spells.

1 of the best artifacts in the game. Equip these boots to a creature like Phage the Untouchable and you'll show your opponent no mercy. Personally I perfer this over any other equipment cuz you can equip it for free.Gives a creature haste and shroud,MAD INSANE!!! I just bought 1 for my deck and it helps so much cuz i play mono black with 4 kokusho and 4 korlash. Also giving that to those creatures can be a problem cuz if they do kill it then you have to worry bout my 4 Demigod of Revenge and your going to die!!! Than after all your removal creature spell r gone, PLATINUM ANGEL with BOOTS=GAME OVER! Trust me Buy this card from Trollandtoad.com and you'll see wat im talking about!!!!

i added this to my combo of lightning greaves platinum angel and helm of kaldra and i havent lost a battle when i have gotten all three in the game

With these you can moonwalk all over your opponent and if you can equip them for free you can be like M.C. Hammer

Probably the best equipment in the game. Unlike Umezawa's Jitte, this card is well worth the money

This is a pretty good card for an uncommon and its cast, saved me a few games, brood star, lightning greaves, basicly kills stuff quickly ;)
