This is a cool card. When your turn one random creature gets shocked/whatever, you can respond with this, drawing 2 cards for 2 mana! sounds good...

This is especially great if you have Crucible of Worlds in play. Draw the 2 cards, sac a land, then put it right back into play. Good stuff.
