This card is definetly awesome. I use this card in an esper beatdown deck and it really helps with getting creatures out of the way. you can dominate the entire field with just one card.

I say combine him with Mind's Eye. Each go, for three mana, you can play a pasifism and draw a card. Personally I think this card is quite nice. Nearly a must-have for white/blue lockdown decks. Sure letting your opponent draw a card isn't the best, but it's a small price to pay for this guy's effect.

to the person before me....it doesnt kill anything....the creature cant attack or block (pacifism) ....and allowing the other person to draw a card isnt that bad, and yes i know drawing cards is an advantage....but forcing them to draw cards every turn? possibly forcing them to discard? and in a mill deck? idk but id like this guy in my deck

Yeah but in standard 2.0 you don't have to worry about that, plus in a blue and white deck you have boomerangs, cancels, paths to exile, bliv rings, condemn etc. gwafa is like a pacifism you can play every turn for the same mana cost. I suppose it really depends on the deck you are playing against, but i think hes definitely tournament material. Plus he's cheap lol

I run this in my white/blue control deck. He has his uses but he is usually killed pretty quick. He's saved me a few times so he isn't a bad card he's just hard to keep in play once people realize what he can do.

This would be great in an aggressive deck that has to get a few creatures out of the way quickly. however, how many beatdown decks include blue and white? ...none. letting your opponent draw a card for each creature you kill isn't good, and this barely even makes a difference against lots of tribal decks (it doesn't sotp activated or triggered abilities, so imperious perfect keeps on pumping out 2/2 tokens)
