Big Ugly All-Star
A 7/1 trampler with indestructible is an intimidating beast! Better run fast

When I saw the mixed reviews, I decided to make a comment. I been working on getting my bant exalted deck working well with landfall and such without losing too much of the exalted theme. This card is amazing in my bant deck. You can give it haste, which few bant cards have. You can make it trample, so your big exalted boost hits their life. You can make it indestructible, which can save it from any big threat. It may be a high cost, but it can turn the duel around in late game. It is also from conflux, so works in your block format decks as well! It is a cheaper and better version of vengvine for me!

The above review is erroneous. In the current meta when 80% of the decks are RBG (JUND) which have no exiling effects, this card is phenomenal. This card is only problematic against white, but then again EVERY CREATURE WITHOUT SHROUD is problematic against white. This card is disastrous against any deck that does not run white. Given the abilities this card has it is very versatile and efficient. It's playable in nearly any deck which runs green, Thus it is a five star card.

Turn the clock back 5-10 years and this thing would be a monster but in today's game it'll most likely see most of its play in the casual circles. Unmake, Path To Exile, Oblivion Ring, too much "remove from the game" hate in today's meta.

Being able to pump its toughness is kind of redundant seeing how you can just make it indestructible. The only scenario I can see using the toughness pump is when you're being targeted with -1/-1 counters.

Combine this with Troll Ascetic in your casual decks if you want to lose friends.
