I like this card. Of course it can't stand up to Cryptic Command, which even costs one less mana, but it's pretty decent if you have nothing else on turn 5, and in the early game it fixes your mana. Control decks that need a few more hard counters (you can't just rely on Lapse of Certainty and Negate for the whole game) could use 2 or 3 of these.
