This card owns. I actually prefer this over the Boros Swiftblade because it's must easier to splash Double Strike into decks with just a R vs. RW.
I use these in my Jund Stompy deck. Best play so far in the deck has been--Me starting~Turn 1: Forest, exile Simian Spirit Guide~Drop the Slaughtermaster. Turn 2: Mountain, cast Might of Old Krosa at sorcery speed for +4/+4, Lightning Bolt a BoP, and swing 5/5 Double Strike. Turn 3: Mountain, cast Invigorate (opponent +3 life), Swing a 5/5 Double Strike. Lightning Bolt finish. The only black in the deck is for Terminates, Putrid Leechs and activating the Slaughtermaster's ability as a last ditch effort.
I could make the deck Turn 2 kill worthy if I had Berserks...

This is my favorite card in Conflux. Nobody wants to waste removal on your 1/1... until you play Colossal Might and he swings for 12.

this card isn't to bad actually, it might not be the best card but if you were in the mirror and you were playing jund this card could combat a putrid leech if you have your mana set up right, also this card is great with cards that give bonuses to attack(or you could use Garruk's -4 ability and attack for 8)
