Under the right conditions, it need only be on the board for a turn to make a massive impact. However, in reality, this cards ability is terribly restrictive, it's cost is astronomical, and it's toughness makes it open to literally every direct damage spell and ability in the game. Not to mention it will become target number one the moment it's cast.
Simply too costly and fragile. I would rather play Clone.
