I am amazed that I am the first person to comment on this card. Even though I don't have any of mine in decks right now, I think this thing is under-rated. It effectively allows you to double all damage you deal to an opponent for 1 colorless mana per point. And to sweeten the deal, it works with non-combat damage from creatures, and even with non-creature damage. Well worth the spare change they cost to buy.
