it's still not a bad counter. especially when it was type-II legal. it's a splash couter. hate that opponent gets a card, but, i'd rather take a chance of the card they draw than a Platinum Angel or Wrath of God get through... you can also use them in a deck like the Millstone type i constructed... i use Vex and Arcane Denial as my counterspells..
