Just... brutal. The Arbiter makes everything go slower for your opponents while making the already low-cost Azorius spells that much faster. And for a measly 2WU, he's on the field early enough to make a difference. I'm honestly not sure which is scarier, this dude, or the Avatar of Discord.

heheh, turn 2 coiling oracle, turn 3 Arbiter, and from there, all of your spells are veeery low-costing. mana drain once costs one mana now!! which is great, since your opponent's spells are cost more now xD. some people say he dies too easily, i say he doesn't~ that's what counterspells are for, right?!
