Heres the sick combo. Luminous on soul foundry, with radiant in play. Every turn you crank out a new luminous, and the others make more 1/1's. Radiant becomes a BFA real fast.

ok, ok 7 mana for a 4/4 dont sound too good. wait a minute.... not only does it fly but it keeps making a 1/1 creature each turn that can also fly!!!! Oh my God most decks dont protect agains flying and your talking 1 extra damage per turn

The Divine vs. Demonic version of Luminous Angel is gorgeous.
Luminous Angel is a good card for a casual white deck. It's big enough to survive a Lightning Bolt, and the fact that it creates an ever-growing amount of flying card advantage makes it good enough to win stalled matches. I won't say that it's better than certain other angels, though, but it's still good enough to make the game more fun.
