Run these in conjuction w/ sacrificial Zombie deck: Tombstone Stairwell, Carrion Feeder, Gempalm Polluter, Shepherd of Rot, Grave Pact, etc. Once it gets going opponents don't have their normal creatures on the field for very long--replaced by 2/2 haste zombie tokens, then I use Shepherd and/or Gempalm for the kill
And this is the only zombie dredge...sad. It is also G/B which makes it harder to splash into the predominately Black deck. Finally, since M10 errata combat damage doesn't use the stack anymore--so you can't have him deal his damage to a creature (on the stack) then sacrifice him to put a +1/+1 counter on another creature so it can survive or w/e before the stack is resolved.
