Better than granite grip cause of the first strike, better than lighting talons for +1/+0 for each mountain you control. Its pretty much reds version of blanchwood armor. I use this in a goblin deck with spikeshot goblin to start doing 5 direct damage by turn 4 for just 1 red. Thats a combo thats going to make some people hate you.

What? NO ONE HAS COMMENTED YET!?!? i dont believe it! this card is like "Lightning Talons" (which is good) just WAAAY Better...
With this card, you will NEVER see your enemy smile after playing it on your Thunderblust, Nova Chaser or even a 1/1 to give +X/0 where X is lands. AND FIRST STRIKE? WHAAAT!?
Thats easily a 1/1 played for lets say 1 mana, and then BAM 3 mana for turning it into 7/1 First strike if you have 6 mountains!
