The conditional 4 or less lands clause hampers this cards use in so many decks. If instead it put the land in hand at +4 lands it would have been much better~Despite that, still a staple in my pauper ''Domain'' deck. Ramp or free Pump/Cantrip in my ''Landfall'' deck with Reliquary Knight + Flagstones of Trokair.
