This card is good for a few reasons. First, it's a black flier. Those are very few and far between. Take advantage of them. Secondly, it kills a creature when it comes into play. At the very worst, you kill a creature and use it to block something durring your opponents turn. At best, you drop an unholy strength on it after killing your opponent's flying blocker and hit him for 3 the turn after it comes into play.
