Fairly useful
This card works especially well in a deck with a bunch of mana acceleration. Getting to draw a card afterward is also quite nice. In a deck focused around low cost cards, this card will not work well for you, and I''d suggest trying something else. Anyway, it has its own little niche in mana heavy decks and it fills it role well.
