Bitter Ordeal

I combo this with Bridge from Below and it's very brutal. Even when I'm unable to go unlimited I can atleast manage to get 10-20+ Gravestorm and either ruin their lands or anything that might help them! If this hits you can pretty much say good-bye to your chances of survival

Traumatize + Bitter Ordeal

most people hate them, anyway:
Dorment Sliver + Gemhide Sliver + Crypt Sliver + Dark Ritual + Culling of the Weak will give you enough mana, card advantage and time to pull off the 8 mana combo and finish the game!

ok everyone heres the combo you all have been looking for, three cards use them wisely one BITTER ORDEAL, two, BLOOD PET, and three (wait for it) ENDURING RENEWAL!!! remove his INTIRE DECK IN ABOUT TURN 3 OR 4!!!! SICK PEOPLE VERY VERY SICK!!!

Wrath of God or Damnation!!!! This combo rocks - especially with two Dark Rituals! xD

Muahahaha Gravestorm... You can have fun with this. Just use Damnation, or some other card that sends the creatures to the graveyard and well, you can have fun going through your opponents deck, removing from the game any card you don't like. 5 stars, this is so fun to use and watch your opponents faces.

I combo this with Morrik the rigger and terrarion, chromatic sphere/prism and its like. Wonderful card and fun as well.

I really like this card. Not necessarily to completely shut down your opponent, (though it DEFINITELY has the potential to) but more so because it is capable of taking out ANY THREAT WITHIN THE LIBRARY and it's easy to gravestorm with mass creature removal (like Damnation, as previously mentioned) and I would personally use it to take out any non-creatue threats such as artifacts like Coat of Arms, or enchantments like Oblivion Ring (a card that i've seen completely overran...). I like it for its versatility and ability to give a control deck even more control...plus it is really funny just how much people hate being victimized by it! The only reason I don't give this a 5 is because of it's dependence upon other spells however by itself it is still very solid.

Alot of people will write this off as a weakened glimpse, but this actually makes glimpses even more powerful, because after only one or two on the same turn, you can if you wish to, go and take out every single land you find, possible if not defintly shutting am opponent down. Very nasty. The only thing holding this back is the dependecey on other cards.

damnation has been mentioned twice...you do realize that's 7 mana in one turn, right? I'm not completely sold. I was thinking suspending two wheel of fortunes on turn 3, off of a primsatic lens, bops, or whatever, but that would involve...discarding the bitter ordeal...which is no good...curse of the cabal takes too long to resolve without timebender and such. im sure there are some amazing combos but...i don't know of them.
