neat card with many uses. I'm thinking it would make a serra sphinx a 7/7 with flying and vigilance. Perhaps, more importantly, it could make Guard Gomazoa or Fog Bank tough enough to survive a lightning bolt for a very hard to kill flying wall. Then its other obvious use would be to effectively shut down a dangerous creature you don't want to try to survive another attack from.

Best if played on a creature with vigilance or something that can untap easily (like the merfolk from Lorwyn and Shadowmoor). If you can do so, it's one of the best creature pumpers blue has to offer. Because it's so situational, though, I can't give it more than 3 stars.
