It's a killer in a discard deck. You can get it out really quick.

It's a 4/4 with fear, meaning it can only be blocked by artifact or black creatures. Actually, it's not really all that fantastic a card, but the suspend can be useful in getting it out earlier if your deck is focused on killing things. Being black, killing creatures is simple.
