Ok, this card definitely asks you to think creatively, but it's screamingly breakable. Not to mention turbofog, which negates the opponent's attack phase, this is begging to be put in some Extended heavy-control decks.

I love this card. I can imagine multiplayer games being incredibly fun with this in play.

Giving your opponent the acceleration first is definitely not a good idea. it surely has some good uses but...say your opponent draws a naturalize off of his extra card draw, and he plays two lands and naturalizes. you just let him lay down a free land and you didn't play anything useful on turn 3, or 2 if your had an elves/birds.
