great artwork on this card. this card could be a life saver if your about to get mauled by a creature- just as long as you pay the upkeep!

good thing is, its free to cast. the losing the game part seems risky, depending on what deck you challenge, so i'd say this card is good for sideboard. the card lacks the "creature cannot be regenerated" ability that most decent black kill cards have. its not perfect but it also doesnt make a primary kill card.
